If you’re inquiring about a wedding or elopement we’ll schedule a time for a meeting or video/voice call! We spend so much time together on your special day so I want to make sure we jive!
Contract + invoice
Once we have ironed out some of the details, I will send over a contract and invoice. To finalize your session date, 20% of your session fee is due upon booking, as well as a signature from both parties on your contract!
Payment plans are available for wedding and elopement packages for those who may need it!
Planning
Once the contract is signed and the deposit has been received, the fun part starts! This is where we’ll start planning your session and ironing out all the details!
I’ll send over a few different goodies depending on the session type, a questionnaire, and a pinterest board where you can pin your ideas or mood board for our session!
Session day
The day we have been planning is finally here! You'll get a pretty good sense of what our day will look like throughout the planning process, but rest assured I will be there to guide you every step of the way! I have tons of natural prompts that I will use to guide you based on our pinterest board and your unique story!
The photos + delivery process
You will receive a sneak peeks gallery with some of the highlights from your session within 72 hours! After you get your sneak peek gallery, I’ll be finishing edits on your full gallery! You’ll receive your full gallery within 2 weeks for all session types outside of weddings which are about 1-2 months depending on which package you selected. Your gallery will be delivered in an online gallery via my website. You will be able to download the full gallery, as well as send the link to your family and friends, or post to social media!
Review
After your photos have all been delivered, I will send my final email. Here I will kindly ask that you take the time to review your experience! I use this feedback to better my client experience and give everyone photos that they love, feel great in, and are proud to share, hang, and look back on for years to come!
FAQ
This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
Have no fear, I'll be here with you every step of the way! I have many resources that I will send throughout the session planning process! I will also send you a shared pinterest board that we will be able to collaborate on!
What should I wear?
At the end of the day, I want you to feel like you, so don't wear something you don't feel good or comfortable in! If you are doing family or couples photos, I would recommend coordinating outfits over matching, and avoiding busy patterns! You can always send me a photo of your outfit if you're anxious about it!
How many pictures will I receive?
It depends on the package type, each of these packages have a minimum amount you can expect, but there is no cap on them either! You will also receive your entire gallery edited in both colour, and in B&W!
cAN WE BRING OUR PET TO OUR SESSION?
Yes, in fact I think you should! Pets are such an important part of our families so they should absolutely be included!
